QUALITY ALERT - NARS SOFT MATTE CONCEALER

Below is the instruction from Joey on all non sku related billings (i.e. destruction, storage fees etc.). Kindly advise your planners of process.  Let me know if you have any further questions.

1. Please send all invoices from region for non sku related billings (storage, destruction ect) to Michael Gilson and Ana Kozyreva for approval
2. Once approved, this would have to go through AP as they are invoices and should be paid to the region
3. Stacy would code these invoices to Megan unbilled AR (SAC)
4. Megan would bill SAI CM for these cost using Gilson approval

Wanted to give you a heads up so you can inform your team that we will be receiving credit claims for product as well as for destruction costs (Affiliates to provide COD/proof of destruction) for Soft Matte Concealers due to Quality issues.  I have a separate e-mail out to SAI quality team to understand what communication went to Regions/Affiliates on exact batches and shades impacted as I was not copied on that.  As soon as I get that, I will forward your way.

Dear Affiliates –

The purpose of this communication is to clarify for you all the process for submitting a claim and receiving a credit for the impacted Sheer Glow units previously communicated by our Quality team, and to clarify what costs will be covered by the Americas Region.

We will credit the affiliates for the cost of the impacted FG’s (inclusive of TP) and the Destruction Costs.  No other charges or fees will be credited.

To execute the credit, we will follow the existing DIF process (form attached) to execute the credit for the FG cost + TP.  If you have any questions on this form, please reach out to Affiliate Customer Service (Jeanine Kopylov copied on this email) who can assist you with updating and submitting the claim form.

• These forms will be submitted to SAC who will in turn credit each market for the cost + TP
  • SAC Team is on copy (Terry Arlotta, Stacy Veneri, Jean Bender and Joe Lifrieri)

For the Destruction costs, please submit a separate invoice along with a COD/Proof of Destruction to SAC.  No credits for destruction costs will be issued without proof of destruction.

There is a wide range of individuals on this email, so please make sure that these instructions find their way to the appropriate individuals in your markets.
