Hi Meagan and Kelly,

Thanks for taking the time to align with me. As promised, attached is the Email copy and Talking Points for use internally with your team. The talking points and email copy may be used externally with our Retailers, if needed.

Also attaching the finalized NARS, bShiseido, CPB, and Hermes “Do Not Ship” lists for Washington State, now including the UPC Codes from Vince Garvalosa. As we discussed, these lists go into effect for shipments into WA State starting January 1^st, meaning these products may not enter WA State for final sale to end consumers from Jan 1^st onward. Retailers have the full year of 2025, until 12/31/2025, to sell through the inventory of these items that they have on hand as of December 31^st this year.
